I have rented 2 homes, purchased 3, and sold 1 home using the Molloys. I have also referred 5 people who were considering taking the leap into home purchasing to Gene and Myrna, with 3 purchasing their homes from them. There are so many realtors out there just looking to push sales and not look out for YOUR best interest. One of my friends I referred was using another realtor who encouraged her to purchase a home in which they knew would not pass inspection. Friend wasted $350 on an inspection and the time and heartache of going through that let down. I referred her to the Molloys and they took good care of her and gave HONEST feedback with opinions of the homes values and conditions that they showed her.
