What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through School of Champions for my training, which is one of the top real estates schools in texas.
My back ground is my father was a contractor for 30 years building houses and i learn how the houses where built from the foundation,plumming,electrical, structural, which are some of your major components of a house.

1000 to 2000 i charge 250.00
2001 to 3000 is 300.00
3000 to 3500 is 350.00

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advice not to hire someone because they are least expensive your house you are buying is going to be your biggest investment you are going to want to hire someone that really knows what they are doing and looking for.
