He never made me feel pressured and even went over other quotes from different contractors to allow me to make a decision on my own. The willingness to help me replace my HVAC unit at an affordable price, not necessarily from him, but from whoever it may be is what earned my business. David sent out Martin and his crew the next day and they were able to replace my unit very quickly on a Saturday morning.
