What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer makes appointment, tech arrives - within 2 hr window , assessment of customers situation , dirty chimney , tech places clean drop cloth on floor in front of fireplace, goes to van to get brushes and vacuum, proceeds to run brush from the bottom of flue up chimney, all the while vac is running , keeping the dust out of your house .
Tech will continue this until chimney is clean , then he will vacuum up the floor , brush down the walls of the fireplace, make a final visual inspection of fireplace and chimney.
Tech will then clean up his work area , take equipment back to van , if necessary he will also get on roof and make a rooftop inspection.
tech creates a invoice for customer, unless other arrangements have been made payments and due upon job completeion - usually a chimney cleaning takes approximately 30-45 minutes
