What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to answer all your questions via phone or email. Once you have decided artificial turf is a viable option for you and within your budget we will send one of our design consultants to your home. They will educate you on the entire process and show you the beautiful selection of artificial turf for you to review. They will measure the area for your project and provide a no cost, no obligation quote. Once you have made your selection and paid your deposit, our installation department will call to schedule your installation. We offer up to a 15 year warranty on the product and a 1 year warrarnty on the installation. We do offer financing as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Ideal Turf owner and operations manager hold a degree in industrial engineering, our salespeople and installation crews are certified synthetic turf installers, and our installation teams have years of hands-on artificial turf installation experience.

Our prices vary based on the products and size of installation. Each installation is a unique design and process, which makes standard pricing difficult. However, we can offer a range of prices based on your project size. Just call our office and one of our knowledgable and experienced customer advocates will assist you with pricing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential and commercial customers. The types of installations we have completed range from landscape turf, pet turf, putting green turf, playground turf, and more. We have installed turf for homewoners, daycares, dog daycare facilities, vets, apartments, model homes, pool areas, rooftop areas, and more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Our advice is to always get mutliple quotes from multiple companies. You have to be able to compare each company you may want to use and you can do that by going through their process to receive a quote. This will help you choose which company is the best for your project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should know how much sqaure footage your project is and have a general idea of what you are trying to accomplish (i.e. have a greener yard, stop muddy paw prints, or create a putting green area for entertainment). Once you know these things, you should ask about what the installation process is like, how long it will take, if the company will harm any other parts of your home or yard in the process, if they will remove all waste, etc.
