What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work by appointments only. You must make appointment at least 24 hours ahead. We ask for all pets to be current with vaccinations and must be able to show proof. All pets must be on a collar and leash . If you cannot make your appointment you must cancel your appointment or fees apply
