What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Drop your pup off, grooming usually takes about 1.5-2 hours, pick up when ready. Your pup will receive a bath with oatmeal shampoo and conditioner, brushed, haircut, teeth brushed/breath spray, nails trimmed/ filed, and ears cleaned! Sent home with a collar bow to wear. 😊
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently working full time as a middle school Math Teacher/ Coach. Trained through one of the largest pet retail stores 14 years ago and have been grooming on and off since then. Iv'e trained/ coached many groomers along the way as well.

Been grooming since 2008 which carried me through college and now I groom on the side. I truly enjoy meeting new clients and their pups! Let me know if I can help you!
What types of customers have you worked with?
FPG is really new and growing fast. Soon, FPG members (clients) will have to wait 2-4 weeks for an appointment because of my limited time. So hurry and join!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
An FPG member once said her husband started letting their freshly groomed pup sleep with them. It made me smile/happy to know everyone received more love.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who is patient, priced fairly and makes you feel comfortable.

What expirience do they have? What is the time frame for each groomed pup?
