We are a small local business with very low overhead, so we are able to save you more on your repairs and services! We pride ourselves on bringing you the quickest, best quality, most fairly priced pool service and repair in DFW. We have 2 certified scuba divers on staff to accommodate all your under water repair needs. This does not affect the price of your service, only the quality! We are proud to say that we are able to be out to you and working in repairs within 24 hours of the request for service. No waiting!
Our business is family based, so as it should be, FAMILY is first! Swimming pools bring so much joy to families. The fact that we have a hand in bringing families closer through keeping their pool in tip top shape makes us happy!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first step in working with a new customer is the intial contact via phone. There we discuss the request for service and what set up an appointment to meet at the home. A free onsite quote is our next step. We work from there to provide our customer with all options available for repair, then begin researching to find the cheapest, but most effective solution for repairs. Then we deliver 5 star service!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an apprentice plumber on staff, two certified veteran scuba divers, and an apprentice electrician. We are constantly attending courses and seminars to stay up to date on the latest equipment and technology. Most of all our repairmen have the hands on experience of 20 years collectively.

No standard pricing. Each job is different, with different needs, various size pools, etc.
We DO offer discounts for Veterans, active military, seniors, and educators!
In some cases, we are able to offer short term payment plans for extensive repairs.
How did you get started in this business?
I started cleaning pools after an injury in the oilfield in 1999. After a few years of cleaning I was interested in learning repairs, and was given a chance. I started repair work with a local 30 year old company here in Fort Worth. There I learned leak Detection and repair work. As an avid scuba diver I decided this was what I wanted to do. My job was no longer a job, so I knew I had found my calling. In 2014, I decided to branch out and begin my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are able to accommodate indoor, outdoor, above ground, spa, swimspas, as well as commercial pools. We have worked with private homeowners, apartments, HOA's, physical therapy centers, hotels, just to name a few.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Shop around. Ask questions. Never pay for an estimate!
