Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basicly we need to know how much electricity do they consume in a year. An electric bill provides information about that.
We need to interview the prospect about its property such as where the brakers box is located, status of the roof, etc.
Compiling that information we are able to make a presentation specifically designed for its house, either in person or by zoom if its out range.
This is totally free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Solar Consultant
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every project is unique, custom made. Two exactly the same houses may have different consumtion depending of the number of person living there and their habits. Again, imagine 2 equal houses, in one lives a single person and 6 in the other. Obviosly the consumption es totally diferent.
How did you get started in this business?
I was looking for a job that can give me freedom. No bosses. Not 8 to 5. I found an opportunity in this fiels of solar energy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Only with residential owners
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Now we are slowly coming out of this pandemic, my favorite events are the onces involved personal interaction like networking events.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at the company's background, acomplishments and financial stability. Sometimes people try to get the cheapest thing but at the end turn out the most expensive. We have seen a lot of companies that disapear or go into bankrupcy after the solar system is installed living the clients up in the air.
