What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always go above and beyond the call of duty for a client.  I think outside of the box when marketing a home or working with a buyer client.  I try to make things as smoother as possible for my clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in sales for the past 10+ years and always been in the top percential.  I currently am top 10 in sales at Coldwell Banker.  I attended Kaplan College for Real Estate, Global Luxury Certified, New Construction Certified, ALHS, and SRS.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Negotiable.  I spend thousands of dollars on all my marketing while utilizing the many tools at Coldwell Banker.  Also, I create my own unique marketing depending on the home I am listing.

How did you get started in this business?

I have been a REALTOR for 5+ years.  Originally, I was in medical sales,  but I wanted to do something bigger.  Finding homes for client means means more to me since I didn’t always have a home.  Being adopted and growing up in foster care was a big part of me.  It will never leave me, and now I get a chance to give back. 

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different clients.  I have sold small tear down homes up to million dollar homes.  I specialize in new construction, but am up for any challenge that comes my way.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask as many questions you have as possible and look for what makes a REALTOR unique.  There are many standard tools and items that a REALTOR can do, but find out what else they can bring to the table.  Every little effort makes a difference!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What credentials do you have as a REALTOR?  Alex Prins: I am a licensed REALTOR in good standing with TREC.  Also, I am an Accreditied Luxury Home Specialist, Sellers Representation Specialist, and New Home Construction Certified.
