What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new clients with open arms! Typically, we reach out or have new customers call in to receive an estimate for services and are able to book an apoointment from there. All appointments are booked according to location and availability.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Finding the right groomer can be difficult. It is important to find someone with a personality that your pet is going to respond well to. The process of finding "the one" can be diffifult, but we would love to help find the perfect fit.
