What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Conduct an interview to determine the scope of work and which services are needed for the project.  Then we can break the desihn process down into phases and provide a timeline for completion of design.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Masters in Architecture and I am licensed in Interior Design in the state of Texas.  My partner is licensed in Architecture in both Texas and Louisiana.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

No, it really depends on the project type and the services required.  We can work from an hourly rate to a fixed fee depending on the circumstances.


How did you get started in this business?

I have practiced design for 25 years and 10 years ago I decided to start my own practice.


What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and Commercial

Tenant Office Finish Out, Medical Office Buildings, Senior Living and various types of Institutional projects.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask a lot of questions and make sure they explain the design process to you in a way that relates to time schedules.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Which services do they really need and what is a realistic budget to work with.
