What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1-Introductory phone call and goals defined. In person meeting if preferred. 

2-Next steps and projected timeline set.  Images and price estimates are discussed and formulated for review. 

3- LINK set up - all project docs reside in a live link throughout the project and accessible by client.

TERMS - Typically 50% down when sign project estimates and 50% morning of installation. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was private label designer for Neiman's Nordstroms and Smith and Hawken when I owned my manufacturing company for 10 years, starting in 1999. 

I have completed  Amenity upgrades and new design for 5 star hotels, boutique hotels, high end multifamily properties , residences, private penthouses, office bldgs, etc. 

I design wellness and fitness amenities of all types  including flooring, art, walls, air flow, cleanse systems and solar energy.   I work with decision makers/staff/vendors/contract labor.

Pricing determined based on project needs  and agreed upon in writing by clients/all decision makers. 


How did you get started in this business?

I managed money for Billionaires at Citibank Private Bank, Dallas Houston Chicago offices, was a 5 state wholesaler for Fidelity Investments and spent 5 years trading bonds on a trading floor. I decided to purchase my own manufacturing company at age 40,  borrowed $1 million and started utilizing the creative side of my brain.  I designed new products every 6 months. After selling my company in 2009, I designed socially responsible face masks called COOTIES , designed 1" wristbands for CHarming CHarlies and  many more specialty products. I wanted to insure wellness was my focus into perpetuity  so I joined the Wellness Design industry and have sold every line of fitness equipment in the industry!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

THe whole world changed early this year and CHANGE is great if you embrace it .  The Pandemic has provided a great deal of opportunity for everyone who wants it.   I am appreciative of the additional wellness lessons i have learned.  Touchless products are more important now than ever as well as AIR and SURFACE cleanse 24/7.  Its easy , I will teach you!


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Find a connection with a person who can repeat your goals back to you and displays good solutions.  Goals should be written .  Miscommunication can be reduced to zero. Be flexible to consider new products as new products come available.  Communicate regularly.
