How did you get started in this business?
While living in Paris and New York City in the 90's I fell in love with good design, stylish events, amazing food, and hotels. My first hospitality job was at New York's Iconic Royalton Hotel, owned by Ian Schrager and designed by Phillips Starck. His whimsical designs made people smile and invited them into a world of hospitality unseen in Manhattan. From here, I stayed on path and created amazing restaurants, hotel, bars, private clubs and rooftop spaces. ( see www.jenjuicehospitality.com )
