What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1st step is a phone or video interview to hear more about your home needs.

Prior to complimentary in-home consult, I send you a questionnaire and insight questions, to help me see your needs, through you answers. Design Therapy.

I bring references and a preliminary agreement for services to our home consult. Providing full transparency for the client.

Once we are confirmed, I provide Budget Assistance, Valuable input on how to proceed in the timing schedule they want.

Then I help guide you into the timing and priority plan for the your project. This will include all support documents, visual aids, project timing plan and budget planning to clear all the lanes to proceed with confidence.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I provide either a Set Design Fee or Quadrant Design Fees for Phase by Phase projects.
