17 years ago when I was 18 years old i started working doing underground work with 4" pvc conduits primary and secundary service lines

Make sure he's professional ask for a contractor license that way you know your job is insured .

The job needs to be done correctly and professional not by a handyman if I hire an Electrician with a TECL is definitely a pro .
