What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a call, text message or email, I set up a meeting with the customer at their residence and discuss the job details. I give them either a written estimate or a verbal indication of the approximate labor hours and materials required and the corresponding estimated total price. Upon agreement, I will give them an approximate job date and will confirm as soon as I can firmly schedule it.
