What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Review customers project information I. Order to understand what customer is looking for in their new project.
2. Meet with customer in person at the place of the proposed project to discuss the project, so we have a good understanding of what the customers project needs are along with assessing any conditions at the premises that may be beyond the normal scope of our quote.
3. prepare an detailed estimate for customers review and approval. Work with customer to deliver project within their budget.
4. once budget is approved by customer, we will issue a construction contract for review and execution.
5. customer signs contract and confirms all financing is in place to fund the approved construction.
6. After contracts are signed, we will acquire the necessary permits in order to start the project.
7. Start construction.
8. during construction we will have regularly scheduled meetings with customer to review progress and make any needed adjustments. Some adjustments to the project may require a change order, which customer must agree to pay prior to us doing the work.
9. complete construction and get Certificate of Occupancy.
10. Customer moves in.
11. Complete any punch list items.
12. Project complete.
