What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer free evaluations and assessments to all our prospective customers. Once we survey the project site and all of the details of the project, we strive to have a best quote estimate submitted within 72 hours.

How did you get started in this business?

My family owned a construction and remodeling business for many years. They have since retired but have passed down the skills, trade and knowledge to me to continue the family legacy.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have a wide variety of customers from many different backgrounds. We enjoy working with a diverse group of customers because we are able to learn so much from them and about them and their families as well as our customers learning about us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do your research! Also, cheaper DOES NOT MEAN BETTER! Cheaper means cheaper. Many independent contractors are drifters who travel from area to area looking for work. They do not carry insurance or permits to conduct business which is why they can charge you cheap labor. Always keep in mind the totality of the project and make sure the work comes with a warranty in writing. Cheap laborers will not provide any warranty because they know they won't be around if there are any problems.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Know exactly what you need or want done. Also know your budget. Secure all of the funds to finance your project prior to contacting a pro to ensure you will be able to fund the project! As well as making sure the pro won't have to lose business or money accommodating your request.
