About
Buying a Home? Don't Let Them Make a Monkey Out of You!
In over 25 years of helping people buy homes in Dallas-Fort Worth, Alysse Musgrave has not once represented a seller. Her company, HelpUBuy America, is headquartered in Dallas but remains the only flat-fee exclusive buyer agency in the country. Not only does this position Alysse as an expert and industry leader in residential real estate, but it also guarantees that her clients will never have to worry about a conflict of interest when it comes to buying their next house.
Alysse's unflinching honesty has earned her a stellar reputation with her client base, who appreciate the fact that her standards are often even higher than their own. Alysse can spot structural issues in a matter of minutes, and she will personally foot the bill if a house doesn't pass inspection. Her ironclad integrity, however, doesn't interfere with her ready sense of humor and easygoing demeanor. Alysse is uniquely well-versed in her field and utterly committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

I have been an outspoken critic of predatory lending practices and real estate fraud and incompetency for 25 years. In a real estate transaction, the buyer assumes all of the risk. The seller walks away from the property, usually with some cash in their pocket. It's the buyer that pays for inspections, appraisals, and ends up with the house and a big mortgage. It matters who represents you!
