Most of my experience has focused on diagnose, troubleshooting and repairing. I have 20+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system evaluation and roofing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My home inspection will look at things like a home's foundation, structural components, roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, then provide a written home inspection report with photo's and results. A home inspection generally takes two to four hours, but may take more time depending on the size of the house.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A home inspectors don't check everything. For one, conditions such as mold, radon, or asbestos that require laboratory samples or equipment are the stuff of specialty inspections, which cost extra or must be conducted by other specialists.
