i was a maintenance manager for 10 years where I would have to do all types of repairs and installation from plumbing electrical hvac drywall painting landscaping etc

i do have a standard $45 hr rate that includes the trip charge but I can work with the customers budget
How did you get started in this business?
after doing maintenance in apartment complex for 10 years I decided I wanted to start working on my own with the knowledge acquired
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
did a recent lighting installation for a customer that they had already hired someone else who turned out to not being able to figure out how to finish the project I worked with the customer to make sure all ligths outlets and switches work they where ver satisfied with the work done
