What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I get a call, we discuss the issues they are having. We set a date for the week that works for the both of us. I call that morning around 8am and give a two hour window as to when to expect me, and I also give a 30 min pre call when I am head that way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Mattress Mac for 8 years prior to taking the leap to go on my own. I was looking for something that allowed me more time with my wife and two children.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with multiple furniture stores and manufactures as well as private individuals.
