We offer a place that makes pets feel comfortable and at home. We have many dogs come in to my shop who are afraid when they first walk in and by the time they leave feel at home and love coming back to see us.
I love working with animals, I have passion for them and have since young age.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new client walks in i get them to fill out new client contract, while talking to the pet and getting to know them. We love making our clients owners and pets alike welcome and safe.

I completed grooming school 15 years ago at the top of my class

I love animals so started as bather and became groomer 15 years ago in 2002 and have been grooming ever since

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Just bath dog English bull dog terrified of getting nails done, first day came in we had to almost drag her to the back cause she was so afraid. After talking to her and showing her we were not going to hurt her after a week she now runs through the door and finds her crate in the back, she's so happy to come in our doors now.:)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research groomers, get referrals from friends and family.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know what you want some to your pet, tell them everything about your pet.
