What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a nice phone conversation with new buyers if they live out of town or a meeting if they live in town to go over their goals and what they are looking for. Then I give them a referral to my 3 best lenders to get them qualified. I will then set them up on automated searches for houses to see what they like and don't like. Then we can go look at houses and find their dream house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree from University of Texas at Austin in Economics. CNE, GRI, EPRO, ABR
