After serving as an Officer in the U.S. Army, Ed wanted to continue to be of service to people. He chose real estate as a profession and became a Real Estate Broker. In the mid-80’s Ed became a General Sales Manager for a builder and 2 years later he opened up his own home building company. Over the next 15 years Ed continued to help families SELL / BUY homes and he built over 50 homes from the ground up, plus did 8 major remodeling jobs. By the mid-90’s Ed saw computerization advance in to real estate use and transitioned to focus on helping families SELL / BUY homes. He has helped over 1,000 families SELL / BUY homes.

Ed also offers a consulting service for families who want to SELL their home and want to fix it up to help it sell better and at a higher price. For his clients who he helped BUY a home he advises them on any home improvements that they might want to make to their new home. He can also coordinate the work crews and act as an interior decorator and advise the owners on paint colors/tile selects/flooring/counter tops, etc.

Then I go back to my office and devote 3-4 hours preparing a detailed CMA- Certified Market Analysis that is more detailed and accurate than any other you will ever see. We review the details of the home and then we decide what upgrades (if any) the Seller will do to help the home get sold at the BEST PRICE IN THE SHORTEST PERIOD OF TIME. 

    For a BUYER client, Ed sits with them and goes over a very detailed BUYER PARAMETER SHEET. Once this is completed in detail and reviewed - then the Buyer is ready to go out and have fun looking at their perfect home.
