What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it possible we prefer to visit the customers in order to make a more accurate estimate, but if you prefer, we also can do an online video estimate.
We are committed to your care during this season of our lives with COVID-19., so we provide quick estimates using masks, gloves, and shoe covers. Our crew also will use masks and we'll keep the area insulated and clean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm electrical engineerr with more than 30 years experience with general maintenance and Handyman and remodeling services.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in 2017, I came from Brazil with my wife and two litle kids Isabelle now 8years old and Josh now 6 year old. We started the business in US from scrash, but I was very well prepared and with the great help of God we have been growing the company. Currently we provide bathroom and Kitchen remodeling services, House remodeling, Handyman repairs and Cleaning services. We work with too much care and commitment. We want to see our clients happy from the beggining until the end.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Normal residential customers, but also commercial properties.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To search on the internet for real pictures and reviews of it's jobs. Ask your friends or family for recommendation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How the project will take to finish, what kind of material we use, if we have insurance (yes we have), if our technicians are experience (yes they are)
