His installers initially did a great job. They installed the carpet through the entire house in just one day. However, they didnt have enough carpet for one of the closets, so they had to come back the next day. The carpet they installed in the carpet is different and cheaper than what was installed through the rest of the house.

After they were done I noticed that they failed to secure the carpet on two steps in the middle of our stairs, and didnt staple down the bottom step at the very bottom as well. The carpet on the middle steps slides away from the step, and is a dangerous tripping hazard.

I have contacted Dagoberto about this through 16 text messages and 9 phone calls the last three months. He continues to give me the runaround and say he will come out to fix them, but he never does. Now he wont return my phone calls, text messages, or e-mails and Im left with two dangerous steps in the middle of my stairs that my family members can fall on at any moment.

If I had given him a rating the same day as install, it would have been a 5. But missing the stairs and then refusing to come out and fix them is inexusable and dangerous.
