How did you get started in this business?
Started in the business 20 years ago as a hand. Really enjoyed supplying customers with a functioning well. Started to realize though that quality was not a priority for many other water well drilling companies. Therefore, Texan Water was created so that customers can have the best quality system with excellent customer service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners, contractors, industrial and commercial sites.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do they need a water well? is their current water well not up to their standards (not clean and clear water, with a funny odor), are they experiencing low water yield? Do you need to plug their existing well that they do not use. Do they need emergency well service? All these are questions that can help a homeowner determine if they need our services.
