What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s really important to listen and understand what the client is looking for and then exceed those expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor in Texas and am constantly bettering myself through education and all the different experiences with clients, lenders, escrow agents, surveyors, inspectors and the list goes on. I was also a Radiologic Technologist for many years and I feel that experience helped lead me to focus on helping people one family at a time.
How did you get started in this business?
It was time to be in charge of my own destiny and take all I learned in my previous field and apply it in a fresh new way.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Active military and Veterans, Investors, First time homebuyers, New builds, Preowned homes, Luxury homes, Land, Lakefront/Waterfront properties, Townhomes and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
For myself it’s not about how many files I have it’s about the families I help.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about the most challenging client situation they’ve had and how they rectified it. That will tell you a lot about that Realtor.
