Unlike other energy efficiency and weatherization companies which sell the highest margin solutions, or sell the same solutions to all owners/contractors, Green Building Energy Services (GBES) understands that every commercial/residential building is different, and energy conservation needs are different.

As a result, GBES conducts an independent evaluation of multiple energy systems in the building and makes recommendations based on age of the building, expected length of stay, desired comfort level and energy savings, and estimates return on investment and break even for the upgrades.

GBES recommends only the upgrades specific to the building and desired energy conservation level.
