Bill has been a residential designer and building contractor in the Austin area for over sixteen years. His projects vary from large luxury custom homes, smaller inner-city homes, room additions, remodels, to rural ranch estate homes. Travis Peak Construction specializes in adapting traditional exterior styles to the needs of the modern family. By blending classic architecture, innovative interior design, superior construction quality and good taste, a Travis Peak home becomes a modern classic. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and a graduate of Texas Tech University.
Since 1992, Ann Temple Interiors, LLC, has provided interior decorating and design services for numerous clients on projects such as new home selections, re-decorating and remodeling of older homes, planning and decorating of offices, and consulting with homeowners on furniture, accessories and window coverings. Ann has a unique talent to blend colors, textures, and fixtures into the perfect living space for her clients. Ann is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new design project begins with an understanding of the client's style and dreams; evaluating the site to utilize the natural beauty of the land; and then creating a unique plan for the perfect home. Remodels and additions present a design challenge to assure that the new work complements the overall design of the existing home, but also creates the opportunity to completely change the style and appearance of the finished home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bill Temple has designed and constructed over 70 homes in the Austin area and has been a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas for over 40 years.
Ann Temple has been decorating and remodeling homes in Austin for almost 30 years and relies on referrals and repeat business from her many satisfied clients.

How did you get started in this business?
Bill started by designing his personal home when he moved to Austin in 1988. Ann started decorating for friends who admired the work she did in her own home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers vary in age and need but the one common denominator is that they have a dream and need someone to make it a reality.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Ann had a client who was new to town and had five small children. Ann remodeled her home, bought furniture and accessories, and helped her find schools, doctors and friends for her children. Welcome to Lakeway!
