After many years of experience as a Real Estate Realtor, interior designer/architect, dozens of fully renovated houses and apartments in Europe ( France, Poland, Ireland) and the USA l love to bring my experience, international style, and acute sense of space planning to my clients. I am able to quickly imagine and transform any interior and any space into a beautifully balanced space of living or work.
My strength is space planning that follows the flow of his occupants and is perfectly adapted to their needs & design requirements. I do not impose my style l carefully listen to my customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Few hours of interview : Listen to their needs in order to precise what is needed , what is the most urgent , scoop of work, style , l always check what furniture they would like to keep , paintings, pictures, go through style they require , budget.
2. We agree on budget and needs. In general after a profound analysis of clients needs and style l make 2-3 proposals for each room or space. The process can be pretty smooth if clients arrive to say yes or no to my proposals.l quickly learn the general tendency.
3 Only virtual and online clients : consultations online for all needs going from colors materials selection, space transformations space planning . If the client is able to provide photos videos and actual pictures remote process will never replace in person consultation but it's possible and my clients satisfaction confirms it's possible

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not rush analyse the market first. Take contractors that people you know recommended, wait for a good recommeded cotractor he is certainly busy but he is busy because he is good. It's worth to wait up to a year.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are the immediat and the most urgent things to do as well to have an extensive list of things they wish to do in the future it will give a perspective and if a designer crate a design for one room if all the rest is planned to be chnaged one day it's better if she/he knows.
