What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Our advice for finding the right realtor and/or designer is to make sure that you are in rapport with one another! You want to feel seen and heard by your designer and like you're on the same page. Your provider should be able to provide you with examples of their work that you are inspired by.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You'll definitely want to consider what your total maximum budget is and identify the pieces in your home that you would like to keep so the designer has a clear vision. It can also be helpful to use Pinterest and make a board of images you like for your own clarity as well as the designer's.
