How did you get started in this business?
Was a Home Builder for 7 years (2nd Generation). The Inspection trade was orginally meant to be the "in-between" projects. However, the last home I built was almost 4 years ago. The Inspection Business "took-off" and has been my full-time poistion for 9 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Architects, Engineers, Attorneys, Builders, Investors, First-time Home Buyers, Retires, Veterans...you name it. Completed over 3,000 inspections and seen just-about everything.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Just last week (04/06/20), discovered a serious foundation defect that saved my Clients big-time. They were First-time Buyers. Could have possiblly ruined there financial future had they decided to go with a different inspector. I am one-of-the-few that uses advanced equipment during inspection.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Average inspection cost: $350
Average foundation repair: $6,500
Average roof replacement: $5,500
Average electrical panel replacement: $2,000

If nothing is discovered, your Realtor can negitoate your $350 back (price reduction, closing costs, etc.)
