I had to hire someone to redo a section of fence he built. He built the fence on top of the sprinkler system; one sprinkler on my neighbor’s side. He refused to correct it unless paid additionally for his time. I am not pleased.

Greater Texas Fence Deck and Pergola

The fence was built as asked. Followed the same posts line and the client wanted the panels flipped so she has the picket side. Originally the fence was pickets on the neighbors side. Due to building the panels opposite as it was there was a 6" difference on fence line which caused her sprinklers to be on the neighbors side and spray the fence. I came out and attempted to flip panels but due to he slope of the yard it was not possible without rebuilding each panel. I offered to do it for a charge due to the fact the customer insisted on me building the fence that way.
