What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer calls in to our office and requests a 10, 20 or 30 yard dumpster. We take all of their information and the address and put it into our routing system. We ask them for a credit card to charge for the dumpster delivery. Once the customer is finsihed loading the dumpster they can call us for a pickup and we will come get it witing 24 hours.
