What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All I require is proof of rabies and a release form filled out one time at drop off to keep on record. A full service groom includes a bath with shampoo and conditioner, nail trim and file, teeth brush and breath spray, ear cleaning and plucking(if needed), and as long as hair is in a good condition a haircut of your choice. You would drop off your little one and I would do a private appointment. Time varies by size of dog but typically about an hour and a half.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a grooming academy and apprenticeship with a company.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Price varies by weight. Bigger dogs take more time and more work. Base price for a groom start at 60 and go up depending on weight of your pet. Cat grooms start at 100.
How did you get started in this business?
I was a bather for a grooming salon and after a year I attended a grooming academy to become a groomer.

I've worked with many different breeds of dogs and cats.
