What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main focus is to make the pet and owner both equally happy, comfortable, satisfied, and confident with my service. Great genuine Customer service is my main ingredient. I love animals and i love people. To serve them both is my natural gift along with my professional skills in grooming. I first like to set the tone with a phone conversation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1998 to 2009 grooming assistant off and on. 2009 became a professional groomer through a program at petco. Then moved on to shop's. Been on my own a few year's along with other work i do.
