What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require that all dogs undergo and pass a test day before joining us for daycare or boarding. To request a test day, parents must complete a profile for themselves and their pup and upload the latest vaccination records. Our team will review the records, and if the pup has all the shots we require, we will reach out to get a test day scheduled.
