What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction give business card talk about what it is the client want done. Let them know my qualifications in that area agree on price and costs begin work

My standard rate is between $35&$55 an hour I also bid jobs based on the scale and scope of project

Started in 200 working for a friend and continued to where I am today

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First and for most see if the apro has any references they can produce. Ask as many questions about experience as you can. Make sure you nail down price document if you can.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure your budget can handle the job needed. If that is an option. Ask yourself if you really need project done. Down the road will it still be a good idea.
