Patricia (Pat) Delgado is a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas. I am also a member of the NKBA - National Kitchen+Bath Association.
I am committed to making the design process an easy one for the client. I are open to answering questions and developing a trusting relationship with my clients. I keep abreast of styles and trends in residential and commercial design (memb er of NKBA - National Kitchen+Bath Association) so I can provide my customers a variety of looks and styles.
First it's always about the interaction with the clients. I enjoy meeting them and working to achieve what they want, however making sure that I bring my professional opinions forward to guide them to the best solution possible. In the end though, it will always be about what the client wants.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Renovations & Additions… Patricia applies principles of design: scale, balance, rhythm and harmony to realize your vision for your home.
PROJECT BEGINNINGS
Patricia will schedule an initial consultation with Client to gather information regarding the scope of the project, homeowner’s needs, lifestyle, and design style preferences.
This is the homeowner’s opportunity to provide any information that would be helpful to the Patricia in generating ideas for a presentation of a full-scale design concept.
Patricia will also photograph the surroundings and take measurements of any spaces deemed influential to the scope of the project.
The initial consultation is a preliminary session limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Patricia will refrain from making any recommendations at this time.
Based on the information gathered, Patricia will gather necessary materials to illustrate the suggested interior concepts. Patricia will prepare any necessary drawings to further communicate the design concept, including furniture plans and any sketches to communicate custom built-ins, millwork and other interior decorative details.
Patricia will create a personalized presentation for the Client of all furniture, fabrics, lighting and millwork as the project dictates.
