We are equally at ease in completing a building's design as we are in working with our clients' architects and designers.
Alliances with sub-contractors, engineers, architects, and designers provide our clients with turn-key service and allow us to scale our team of professionals to the specific needs of our client, from concept to construction, occupancy and maintenance.
We specialize in building sustainable, energy efficient homes and work spaces which take full advantage of their site and deliver the best value to their owner. In addtion to new construction, our company offers remodeling, historic restoration services and rainwater system design and installation.

More than 20 years experience in residential design and construction. Accedited Professional Rainwater Harvesting System Designer. Members of the Hill Country Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders and National Association of Home Builders.
We are competitively priced within our area and operate on a cost-plus basis.
Originally we began with investment properties, purchasing and flipping remodels during the 1980's in Houston.
We are focused on the project need, not size. We have remodeled homes, built new homes and designed and built very large estate homes in the area. Most of our projects are completed with women as our primary point of contact.
We also work with light commercial work, and were pleased to be the builder of the Hill Country Science Mill.
Make sure your contractor and every subcontractor who steps on your property is insured, that you have proof of insurance and that you are listed as a certificate holder and additional insured on their policy. If you builder agrees to a 10% retainage, they are likely charging you 10% more. Homes take 6-12 months to complete on average, and most builders work off of a 10% profit. How many folks can work for free for a year?
