Winhill Advisors DFW
About
I love when a first time home buyer gets the keys to their own home. Or when an investor gets the best deal and they rave about you. Or even better when a seller gets a lot more for their home then it's worth. Or when a relocation client relys on you to help them navigate the area that's best for them... Dream it, find it, it's what we do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
# 1 is to gather information. Not only about their plans or details about the home they want or are selling, but about them.. I love to learn about people... This is 100% relational to me... People are just friends we haven't met yet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a relocation specialist... helping Military and VA loans are one of my specialty... in this market it's about educating the other agent... Seems so many are scared of VA.... sheesh... Our vets deserve a home... and so much more. I've trained with some of the best and worked with investors and learned from them. I love my clients who have become my family.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All is negotiable in this time where everything is on line... I won't lie,.... competition is tough... but the expertise and professionalism I can offer, is priceless.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in Connecticut doing property management.. When I moved to Texas. I went to work for Century 21 and ended up managing the office and training agents... knowing, that I could do it too... so here I am... succeeding and loving what I do. I'm blessed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types for commercial clients, buying restaurants or a garage to work on cars... to the first time home buyer... The VA buyer, the veteran who has relocated, the seller relocating, the investor with multiple properties, apartment complexes and sometimes just the land...
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Extremely fond of my company and my team.. We have been in Houston a long time.. When we brought the company to DFW it was a transition... but we pulled together and have become a real team. We have vendor events and client events that are super fun... and seeing our past clients, present clients and future clients enjoy just a little peice of fun... makes it all worth it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions... do not be afraid to call and communicate any questions and/or concerns... One thing I always say..I will answer the phone and I won't lie to you.... I'm not going to bullshit you to sell you... I'm going to tell you like it is... Honesty and integrity is how I was brought up... I may curse but I am a woman of faith and I will go above and beyond to help you....
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Find out the next steps... where are you in the process? Where do you want to be? Lots of details can be shared with your realtor.. the type of home, location, schools, yard, fence??? Garages? Do you want land? Do you need to be close to work to avoid traffic.... travel time to and from?? Do you want a new build? Would you consider townhome? Duplex? What's your monthly budget? Noone likes to talk about budget... and you don't have to... but in order for me to get an idea of where you need to be a monthly budget is needed...lol. However, a lender is really the one that will get into the details about money and your debt to income ratios etc... I have some great lenders that I work with and we also have some great buyer programs... CAll me.... :)
