Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first meet and determine their needs so I can best help them. I'm not just trying to make a sale, I like building relationships to be able to best help them, now and in the future, in every aspect of their real estate needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business since 2004 and have worked in multiple aspects of real estate and have learned from some of the best.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in Connecticut, investing in property and ultimately managing my properties.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. From Short Sales to Cash to investors.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I have a seller that wanted to sell to her tenants. They lived their 12 years and really wanted the house, however, their credit wasn't so good. After 2 months of going back and forth and trying several avenues to get them approved. We came up with an agreement to close after 6 months. They got the house and are very very happy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You want to work with someone knowlegable of the area and the market and who will communicate with you no matter what. Sometimes Realtors don't want to give the bad news. We are our clients advocates. We should be their for you no matter what.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is the Realtor going to give them the best information and service? Will they take the time with them to explain everything and answer the phone when you call, or at least return the call timely?
