If you are stuck at home, waiting out this scary crisis, you may be taking a closer look at your interiors. Now is a great time to get started on that project you've been wanting to do. I have the capability to work 100% remotely! I have designed homes in Wyoming and California, from here in Texas. If you are not ready to make major purchases now, we can still do the design portion of your project, then finish any time.
Hi, I'm Adrienne! I have been an award winning professional interior designer in the DFW area for over 20 years. I work with top subcontractors and resources, using a process that is easy and fun for you. From simply modern to classically traditional, my designs are created based on you. Your taste, your lifestyle and your budget. Let me show you how great design can enhance your life! I charge an hourly rate and I do not mark up items that I sell to you. You will get quality furniture and materials at wholesale prices! Ask me about new E-Design service packages.
I love helping people. I'm a problem solver. Using my talents and experience to help my clients is extremely rewarding!
She was really creative, professional and friendly. Plus she was always on time!
Adrienne spearheaded a sizable project for us and was able to stay within our budget without compromising quality. She’s a lot of fun to work with too,
Absolutely wonderful experience working with Adrienne!
She was a delight to work with. My house was totally transformed. I called her my magician! I get compliments on my house regularly. She’s a top professional and I would hire her again.
I like to meet you in your current home so we can talk about your goals and ideas. I can answer questions and show samples of my work. I encourage you to collect pictures, from magazines or online, of anything that inspires you. I then create an estimate of my total design fees. You will always know how much time I'm spending, so you'll never get a "surprise" bill. Then the fun begins! I can create a custom design tailored just for you and you are welcome to be as involved or not involved as you like. I present the design along with a budget spelling out what my proposed design would cost. Then I procure items for you, manage any subcontractors, and arrange for the installation.
I have a BFA in interior design from Parsons School of Design in NYC. I am a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).
I offer three services.
Consultations: $200, 1 1/2 hrs
I can meet you at your home or in a showroom and give you my expert advice, answers and suggestions on the spot. I often do sketches for you to keep. If you have samples ready, I can select an entire house's materials in about an hour. Bring lots of pics and all your questions!
E-Design: starts at $400/room
I can design your room, working with your existing pieces or starting from scratch. This is typically for moveable furnishings only (not remodeling). After sending me pics, dimensions, and a questionnaire we video conference one or two times. In about 4 weeks, I will email you a floor plan with furniture layout, a digital selections board, and a shopping list from which you may place your orders. Typically, you may purchase using my discount. I usually do a 3D color rendering too where you can see the room from every angle.
Custom Interior Design: $110/hr or flat fee
For larger more detailed projects, I can design everything from a custom window treatment to an entire house. I use CAD drawings, 3D color renderings, and selections boards. I do custom millwork, art selections, antiques, remodeling, coordinations with your architect or builder, lighting plans, finish selections and custom furniture. I can then order items you approve, arrange shipping, storage, delivery and installation.
I always wanted to be an architect. After studying it in college, I realized that it wasn't for me. After graduating, I began working for a celebrity designer in NYC and I was hooked! It's been over 20 years now and I still love it.
From the uber wealthy to folks who, like me, have more style than money! I work with nearly all budgets. Some clients have been very involved and others just want it done! I have filled empty homes with absolutely everything and I have done projects where we just rearranged and recovered things.
I love to travel. Last month I spent a week in Orange County, CA and it was wonderful!
Collect pictures, from magazines or online (Pinterest) then notate what in each pic appeals to you. If you can, organize your pics by room. This makes my job easier, the work goes faster, and you spend less money.
Have you done this before? What education/training do you have? Are you open to a variety of looks or do you tend to stick with one style?
