I have a 4-year-old Yorkie named robin. He’s basically my child. Well I’ve had horror stories about getting my dog groomed at various places around the Arlington/Mansfield area UNTIL I meet Liz. Liz has groomed my yorkie since he was 1. My yorkie is not easy to groom either. He’s a cage jumper and has a leg that pops in and out of place. Liz took everything I said to heart. Not only did she take care of him like her own, she groomed him the way I wanted and made sure everything was the way I liked it. She took all my comments and made his haircut perfect. Robin runs into her arms and is always excited to see Liz. It’s no longer a struggle to her him into the groomers. Every time I go to her I know robin is not only in good hands but that his hair cut will always be perfect. Liz will forever be Robins groomer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I listen to what they want. If it can be done i will happily do it for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended Texas Allbreed Grooming School in 2010, i graduated with perfect attendance.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I go by breed of dog not by weight for the price. The quote that you receive will be per dog if there is multiple dogs of the same breed.

I will do a maintenance price for each dog if scheduled same day as pick up and comes minimum every 4weeks. If the appointment at any time is missed the price will go back to the original price.

I will discount military. (Will need to see I.D)

There is no group discount. The only two discounts is the Maintenance and Military.

Matted dogs will be charged accordingly in person starting minimum of $14 from the base breed price. The matted charge will be known before i start the groom.

How did you get started in this business?

I love dogs,always have since i was young. I love making them look good and knowing they feel great.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide range of people.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they are certified in the profession they are working. Gives you the sense of security that they took the time to study and practice.
