And, if I get to help a homeowner sell their home so that they can move on to the next step in their home journey I am humbled by the opportunity. It is my duty to provide the service and care to others the way I would want someone to provide service and care to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to get to know a new customer. I can't meet anyone's expectations if I don't know what they are...and it is my desire to not only meet but exceed, what is asked of me. Often times what we think we want is modified as the home search process occurs. Attention to those details is what will lead a customer to find what they truly seek. And, if I get to be a part of that journey then I am the blessed one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Real Estate Agent for all of Middle Tennessee since Nov. 2015. Agents are required to take continuing education every year and I try to supplement that with learning new processes and applications to best provide for potential clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Buyers. Sellers. Veterans. Investors. I welcome all opportunities to work with anyone and everyone.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research...Research...Research. No one expert is the same. Interview your professionals to make sure that they fit the entire narrative of what you are looking for. It is important that they are not only knowledgeable but also compatible with your personality. Relationships are key.
