We specialize in hard to do deals and have the lenders who can get you financed or help you correct your credit so you can purchase a home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like a phone conversation after the initial email or web contact. I will ask for the specific needs and wants of the client and begin searching there. Once we narrow down some listings we will go walk through those homes. If we find a suitable property we then start the contract process. Next is the negioation and hopefully an accepted offer. I explain in detail each phase in the inital phone conversation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from MTSU. I hold 6 designations in Real Estate. Continuing education is very important to me.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I am offering a special 1% Listing Commisson for the sale of your and 2% Buyers Broker Fee.
How did you get started in this business?
My background has been in construction (remodel, general contractor), flipper and, opened my own firm in 2015.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I would with a very diverse group of clients. I treat everyone with respect and professionalism that I was taught by my father.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Just helped a man purchase a plot of land for his busienss and he wants to purchase the lot next to his.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions and ask for references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I have an open policy for questions and help them learn the process.
