I have been a Realtor since 2006 and this is my full time job and I love waking up every day and getting to help others achieve their goals; whether that is buying a home for the first time, selling a home to upsize or downsize, or helpingour clients that want to invest in real estate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with new customers and clients by going over a series of questions to determine their needs analysis.
We have specific systems and processes for buyer cliernts, listing clients and investors.
We have preferred lenders, as well as vendors that we have relationships with that help our clientsbased on theor specific needs.
We use professional photographers and videogrpahers as well as have an in house stager and designer for our seller clients.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
6% commission- 3% the listing agent and 3% to the buyers agent. We do have a tiered commission based on services that I am happy to elaborate on.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked at an investment bank and wanted to get my real esatet license and realized I was more passionate about real estate than I was working in the finance industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every kind. Price point isnt as important as the relationship. I have worked with buyers, sellers, investors, builders and developers.
We regularly work with first time buyers as well as move up and move down buyers, 55+ clients, new construction and everyone imbetween!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
So many great things happening in our marklet right now. Getting multiple offers and above askign price for our seller clients is one. Another would be several buyers we have worked with this year that worked wth other agents before calling me and they are frustrated and deflated based on losing out on multiple offers over several months and we do a needs analysis and are able to help them find the perfect place in a week or 30 days or less. Who you work with matters!
Sellers calling us after being listed for months with other agents and us putting togehter a plan and having systems in place to get their house sold in a timely manner because of superior photos and video, fresh marketing and advertising and having a real plan in place to get their home sold rather than just putting it on MLS and hope that it sells.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
make sure they really know and understand the area, the market, they know of off market proeprties and they are knowledgeable on negotiating the best deal for you!
Agents are NOT created equally and experience in this market matters!
